Where we deliver

Checkout accepts delivery addresses in the United Kingdom. We don’t deliver outside it.

MBLEM 82 is in stock. Orders are dispatched within 7 days of purchase. We don’t promise same-day or next-day dispatch.

MBLEM 74 is a pre-order. We’ll confirm the dispatch timeframe before 74 mm pre-orders open. See how pre-orders work below.

“Dispatched” means your order has left us. Delivery after that depends on the carrier service.

How pre-orders work

  1. You see the dispatch timeframe before you pay. MBLEM 74: we’ll confirm the dispatch timeframe before 74 mm pre-orders open. At checkout you confirm you understand it’s a pre-order.
  2. We set that timeframe honestly. It comes from our supplier’s shipping window, plus up to 7 days for us to prepare and send your order. We don’t publish a date we can’t stand behind, and if our supplier’s timing changes, we update the estimate.
  3. We keep you updated by email. If the estimate changes, we’ll tell you as soon as we know, with the new estimate.
  4. You can cancel at any time before dispatch. Email mblemsupport@gmail.com and we’ll refund you in full. If we can’t supply your pre-order, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.

Once your pre-order has been delivered, you still have your 14-day right to cancel. See returns and refunds.

Delivery charges

The total you pay, including any delivery charge, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Carrier and tracking

If your order is delayed

For an in-stock order, unless we agree a different time with you, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says we must deliver without undue delay, and no later than 30 days after your order. For a pre-order, the delivery time is the estimated window shown before you pay, and we’ll email you if that changes.

If we miss the time that applies, you can give us a further reasonable deadline. If we miss that too, or if delivery on time was essential, you can cancel and get a full refund. And you can always cancel before your order is dispatched.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Your order is our responsibility until it’s delivered to you, or to someone you’ve asked us to deliver it to.

  • If the parcel or the unit arrives damaged, please don’t fit it. Email mblemsupport@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the packaging and the unit.
  • If your order hasn’t arrived when you’d expect it to, email us and we’ll look into it with the carrier.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply.

Changing your mind

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Everything you need, including the model cancellation form, is on our returns page.
